Due to the Covid-19
pandemic schools and colleges are conducting online classes now a day. Some
school and college students are excited about staying home and spend their time
with online classes. But not all the students and parents are happy with this
virtual learning. Conditions such as internet connection interruptions, lack of
gadgets and incorrect posture might lead to physical health issues. Also
parents are panicking about mental health of their child. Some of the students
are facing complications such as headaches, muscle fatigue, stress and
decreased performance because of bad posture.
Advantages:

- Simple way to attend the class
- Improves self-discipline of the students
- Easier access to teachers
- No dress code for online classes
Students have the freedom to juggle their careers and
school because they aren't tied down to a fixed schedule.
Disadvantages:
- Eye problems
- Lack of physical fitness
- Chances to gain over weight
- Muscle pains
- Headache
- Lack of self-motivation
Online classes are good at pandemic time. But it also
affects children physical as well as mental
health.
